Dual Enrollment. You will sign off indicating you understand these rules in the "Dual Enrollment Acknowledgment Form." (see item #30). 

Interested students must review this PowerPoint presentation. You will sign off stating that you watched this video when you complete the "Dual Enrollment Acknowledgement Form," (see item # 29.).

Please download the CCSD Local School Agreement, fill it out, and save it to your desktop. The "Dual Enrollment Acknowledgement Form" (see item #26) will have a place where you will upload this form. You and your parent must sign this form for it to be complete.

Next, click on the form below and answer the questions, acknowledge the rules and requirements, upload your testing scores (if applicable), and upload your CCSD Local School Agreement in this form.
