Please mark your calendars with the following dates:
 

Friday, August 15, 2025
       The first available meeting date to develop your DE Student Advisement Plan. This meeting will not be scheduled until

       you correctly submit your DE Student Acknowledgment Form. The Dual Enrollment counselor will contact

       you once your forms have been submitted correctly and send you your meeting date and time. Do not miss your     

       meeting; this can negatively impact your ability to participate in the program. You are responsible for ensuring your

       forms were submitted correctly.

Monday, October 13th, 2025 at 3:30 pm
     The last day to submit your initial forms. You will not be offered a Friday meeting if you miss this deadline. Please plan

     accordingly. 
     

     The initial forms include 1) the "CCSD Local School Agreement" and 2) the "DE Student Acknowledgement Form."
     No late forms will be accepted. 

 

Friday, October 17th, 2025 at 3:00 pm

      The last day to meet with the Dual Enrollment counselor to develop your "Dual Enrollment Student Advisement Plan."

      There are no emergency appointments, so please plan accordingly.

Saturday, November 1st, 2025 at 3:00 pm

     The last day to submit your finalized college schedule to the DE counselor. Late schedules will not be accepted. 

 

The student must contact the Dual Enrollment counselor to ensure they submitted their forms correctly.

 

The DE Counselor will NOT reach out to you. If you have questions or concerns about your submitted material, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for ensuring your paperwork has been completed correctly.
